Nothing, until you like it. We build Basic and Standard sites first and you pay only if you want to keep it — € 490 for Basic, € 890 for Standard, fixed. Premium starts at € 1.490 and is quoted after we have talked. Ongoing care is optional from € 29 a month.

Basic usually within 1–2 working days, Standard within 5. Premium follows the scope we agree on together.

Then you do not pay, and you owe nothing. You keep no files, source code or rights to the design — but there is no invoice, no argument and no small print. Your feedback goes into the revision first; most of the time that settles it.

Yes — with one click in your account, within six hours, no reason needed. That window is on top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as a consumer, not instead of it.

If a site we look after is unreachable for more than an hour through our fault, your next month is free. We notice it ourselves — you do not have to file a complaint.

If you get stuck, just write to us: we tell you the fixed price for a website update (€ 159) up front, or send you a quote. Nothing is charged without you saying yes.

Yes, any time — with a care plan (Care or Growth), through the Workshop in your account: describe what should change, the AI makes it, you check a preview and publish it yourself. Care and Growth come with AI credit for that, refilled automatically every month; need more, top up any time — topped-up credit never expires. You can change anything that belongs to your package: text, images, prices, opening hours, entries, order, design. New pages, a new design or new features are not included.

We publish and run your website with a care plan — from € 29/month, and the first month is on me: SSL, monitoring, backups and basic maintenance. If you'd rather host it yourself, you get the source code once it's paid for.

Your domain is registered to you and belongs to you — you carry the running cost directly (usually €10–30 a year). We handle the whole setup.

No — and be sceptical of anyone who promises it. We lay solid technical groundwork and keep optimising on the Growth plan, but nobody can honestly guarantee a specific ranking.

You do. You pay once for the build — it is your presence. Care and hosting are optional extras, never a condition.

You decide that yourself — it depends on who hosts your website. Host it yourself, and you get the source code: without an ongoing care plan from us, the project then belongs to you alone. If we host it, we don't hand the source code over. We take care of it and do whatever you want from us — hosting and upkeep. The reason we don't hand it over: so nobody can change our safeguards. If you cancel the care plan — or we're ever unable to keep running it — you get the source code once that ends. The site goes offline, every safeguard tied to it in our products ends, and we stop providing any services. What you do with the website after that is entirely up to you.

Yes. We build first with placeholders or fitting images, you see the finished site, and only then do you decide. You're welcome to give us your own photos of your business at any time — optional, never required.

Hardly anything. The start form has four short steps — industry, goal, your business name, your contact details — and takes under two minutes. No briefing document, no text template, no meeting unless you want one.

Yes — the website update (€ 159), the AI chatbot (€ 89 (winter price, instead of € 149,99)) and Mira (€ 109 (winter price, instead of € 179,99)) can be added at any time, without a second package. After setup the chatbot and Mira cost nothing recurring, only credit you top up yourself. All three do require a website we built, though: on a site we don't run we can guarantee neither speed, nor security, nor the AI disclosure duty — and our name is on it. You'll find them on the pricing page under “Or just one thing”. We don't design logos, but we're happy to build your existing logo into the website.

Yes, as an add-on to your new website: a photo and video shoot right where you work (€ 290), within 25 km of Deutsch-Wagram. Further away, you provide your own photos or videos and we build them in. The shoot is paid when you book and can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the date. We don't currently offer shoots without a website.
