How the AI chatbot and Mira are billed

The setup once — and no running cost after that. No monthly amount, no plan. You only top up credit, as much as you want, whenever you want, 1:1 with no fee. It is used per use: every answer at the AI model's cost price plus 27% (24% operating surcharge, 3% safety buffer) — roughly 1–2 cents per answer, depending on how much knowledge is stored. The chatbot and Mira share the same credit; if you have both, you top up once. Your balance is live in your account; once 80% is used you get a message, and it stops automatically before the credit goes negative. Unused credit never expires. You make changes yourself in your account — or have us do it: AI update €89. You decide how many messages each visitor may send per day, set a daily limit in euros, and choose what happens when the credit runs out — a note with your contact details, or the chat disappears. Every month you get an overview of what was spent when. With Mira only the unit differs: she is billed per minute rather than per answer; her own page has a calculator that shows you the range before you order anything. Both are available only with a website we built.

  • To guard against password guessing we store failed sign-in attempts together with the IP address — for no longer than 24 hours.
  • When you place an order, your project brief and your contact preference are added — and for an on-site appointment, the address where we meet.
  • You can delete your account yourself at any time — your data then disappears from the back office as well.
